The Pinnacle MK is located in Milton Keynes’ Central Business District, is the city’s largest office development for over 25 years. It is also the tallest office building constructed in Milton Keynes to date.
The development consists of two buildings (six and eight storeys) joined by two central cores and a separate building (five storey), constructed around a central courtyard.
The beam and column structure contained just over 1,000 tonnes of steel, and Billington's construction project included metal decking, precast concrete stairs and edge protection.
The Pinnacle will be the first office building in Milton Keynes to be awarded a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) rating of "Excellent".
