This project involves the construction of two buildings, plus a link block to create the new head quarters for the Homeloan Management Limited arm of Skipton Building Society.

Building 1 is three storeys high and Building 2 is four storeys. Both are braced frame structures with hipped roofs and stepped soffits. In addition to fabricating and erecting the steel frame, Billington Structures installed precast concrete planks and stairs, and provided edge protection.
