Quantity Surveyor

Your new role

Your role as Quantity Surveyor will require you to manage the commercial aspects of projects including change management, the preparation and agreement of monthly valuations and final accounts, together with the review and agreement of all appropriate contractual documentation.

You will also possess a strong degree of influence supporting the wider commercial function with accurate and timely cost reporting and nurturing supplier and client relationships to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience within a Quantity Surveying or commercial construction environment is necessary, where you will have developed your commercial focus and shown an ability to provide practical solutions to client challenges. Previous Steel background would be advantageous.
