At the start of every project, we put together a competent hand picked team which is led by a Project Manager with the necessary skills and experience to guarantee success.
A comprehensive project plan is produced for each job which sets the necessary targets for drawing issues, material purchase, subcontract orders, approvals, deliveries to site an
d handovers.
On larger or more complex projects we regularly set up a full-time presence on site with IT links back to head office.
The Billington intranet, BilMIS, provides our team with all the up-to-date information needed to run their projects including drawings, documents, emails, and contact information. The system has been developed around the Union2 system which has been refined by out in-house programming team to also track fabrication, material orders, programme, deliveries etc.
