Amco Corporation Plc ("Amco Corporation" or "the Group") is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement to sell certain non-core operations, comprising the Group’s construction, manufacturing and property investment and development businesses (“the exiting group”), to Amco Group Limited ("Newco") for a cash consideration of £9.4 million, payable as to £8 million on completion and the balance within 12 months. Amco Group Limited is owned by Endless LLP and certain directors and employees.
