We were one of the first companies to be accepted onto the register of Qualified Steelwork Contractors and have quickly built on our reputation to achieve A0 Q1 approval for projects over 6 million pounds sterling.
ISO 14001 Environmental
Billington were the first company in the Industry to secure The Environmental Management award, ISO 14001. The certification has been approved and indicates Billington's commitment to improving their environmental and conservation performance by minimizing waste, controlling pollution and protecting the industry's natural resources.

Sustainability
Billington will design, supply and erect all steelwork to create an absolute minimal impact on the surrounding cultures and ecosystems. Our Sustainability certification will ensure all Billington products will be derived from recycled steelwork where possible and when all product lifecycles are complete, the same amount of steelwork can be recycled back into the industry.
Quality Assurance
Quality has always been an integral part of our philosophy, we were one of the first in the industry to achieve ISO9001 (formerly BS5750) as our certificate number 0002 will testify.
ISO18001 Certification for Health and safety
Billington Structures were one of the first steelwork specialists UK to secure the certificate for ISO18001 the Health & Safety Management System. To achieve this award Billington implemented a system which demonstrated that all Health & Safety aspects of their business have been considered and dealt with. Billington already enjoyed an excellent safety record, but by implementing this system, far reaching H&S legislation has been incorporated into their health and safety methodologies. Ensuring that all Billington personnel have access to and benefit from Health and Safety excellence at their workstations.
