In each or our factories we take pride in our drive to improve the culture of our people. We engage tem in monthly meetings and challenge them to think about how safely they can work. This initative is backed up by a number of schemes including 'Billy's draw' our monthly scheme to recognise good safety performance at each factory.
On site our operatives will make your safety requirements their own, they will support you by ensuring that our work is carried out in accordance with methods agreed with you.
